A gentleman walks into a massage shop and thinks he is making a simple choice. He looks around, sees the ladies, chooses the one he likes, and off he goes. From his side, there is no drama, he is the customer, he pays, he chooses, the door closes. Easy. Except sometimes his “simple choice” has just launched a small civil war in the staff room.
Welcome to the quiet war over whose turn it is.
Most clients do not realise there is often a system behind the scenes. Maybe the girls take turns. Maybe walk-ins are shared around. Maybe regulars are different. Maybe the boss is trying to keep things fair so everyone gets a chance to earn. On paper, it sounds simple. In real life, good luck, because clients do not choose on paper. They choose with their eyes, their mood, their fantasy, their memory, their nerves, and sometimes whatever part of their brain stops working the moment a beautiful woman walks past.
I know a young woman in Perth who has lived this from the inside. I will not name her, because this is not about exposing anyone. She is young, beautiful, and naturally draws attention without trying very hard. Sometimes she only has to walk past and the whole room changes. There have been times when it was not her turn, another lady was technically next, and a client still changed his mind after seeing her. Once, she was brought into a booking for a four-hand massage, and after she entered the room, the client wanted her instead. The other lady was rejected almost immediately. Now tell me, who is the villain there?
The client chose who he wanted. The young woman did not force him. She did not grab him by the wallet and drag him into the room. She simply existed, walked in, and got chosen. But the other girl still lost the booking. She still felt humiliated. She still went home with less money. That is where the poison begins because in this industry, beauty does not only attract men. It can also attract resentment.
Other girls may start watching her, blocking her, pulling curtains across spaces where she might be seen, making little comments, creating little punishments. Nothing dramatic enough to be called bullying, maybe, but enough to make the air colder. Passive aggression is still aggression. It just wears softer shoes, and the funny thing is, the girl being targeted may genuinely have done nothing wrong. She may not be stealing turns or playing dirty, She may not be trying to hurt anyone but when the same woman keeps getting chosen, the result feels unfair even when the action was not.
Some older Perth punters may remember the days of line-ups at places like La Chérie, when Petite Angelina was around. In a line-up, the politics became brutally obvious. Different women. Different looks. Different ages. Different styles … and then one woman stands there looking like she accidentally wandered in from a fantasy catalogue.
What happens? She gets chosen. Again ... and again ... and again. Nine times out of ten. Maybe eleven out of ten if the men could bend mathematics.
Is that her fault? No.
Is it the client’s fault for choosing who he wants? Not really.
But if you are one of the other women standing there, waiting, hoping, needing to earn, how long before “good for her” starts turning into “for God’s sake, not again”?
That is the part clients rarely see.
A man thinks, “I just picked the girl I liked.”
The chosen girl thinks, “I am just doing my job.”
The waiting girl thinks, “There goes my money again.” and the boss thinks, “Please, everyone, do not make this my problem.”
But of course it becomes the boss’s problem. Everything becomes the boss’s problem. The boss has to keep clients happy, keep girls earning, keep the system fair, keep the pretty girl from being punished for being pretty, and keep the other girls from feeling invisible. That is not easy because fairness in this world is complicated. A strict turn system can feel fair to the workers, but clients do not always want the next girl in line. Letting clients choose freely feels fair to the customer, but it can leave some girls sitting around all day making nothing. Promoting the most popular girl makes business sense, but it can destroy morale. There is no perfect answer … Only pressure.
Behind the jealousy, is not always nastiness, sometimes it is fear. If you are not chosen, you do not earn. If you do not earn, the day feels pointless. If the same girl keeps getting picked, it can start to feel like you are disappearing in your own workplace. That hurts. Punishing the girl who gets chosen does not fix it.
She may be carrying her own stress. She may feel hated for something she cannot control. She may feel guilty for earning. She may feel watched every time she walks down the hallway. Imagine being blamed because men prefer you. That sounds like a luxury problem until you are the one being quietly targeted for it. So maybe the real question is not, “Whose fault is it?” Maybe the real question is, “How do you keep dignity in a business where being chosen is the whole point?”
For the working ladies, have you ever worked with someone who always got picked? Did you blame her, the clients, the boss, or the system?
For bosses, how do you keep things fair when men keep choosing the same woman?
And for the gentlemen, did you know your simple choice might still be echoing in the hallway after the door closes?
Because sometimes the booking starts in one room, but the drama begins outside it.

“Positive attidude and good energy always !!!What ever is yours is destined to be yours. Belive in yourself”
“Yes, this can cause the floor to be covered in what seams like smoke. We are lucky here, most of our ladies understand. The client is Langtrees until the client goes into the room. It is hard for the lady that misses out, however staying positive will bring a client in for those who miss out. Positivity works, Stay positive everyone.”
“From the gentleman’s side, I think this is one of those situations where nobody necessarily has to be doing anything wrong for somebody to still get hurt.
If I choose a particular lady, it is not because I have looked at everyone else and decided they are somehow “less than”. Attraction, chemistry, personality and previous experience all come into it. Sometimes you simply click with someone, and once you have found that connection it is quite natural to want to see her again.
I also do not think forcing clients into some kind of rotation is really the answer. If I am paying for an intimate experience, being told who I should choose rather defeats the point. But I can also understand how brutal that freedom can feel from the other side of the hallway when one person is constantly busy and somebody else has been sitting there for hours.
Where I think it becomes unfair is when the frustration gets aimed at the woman being chosen. She has not stolen anything from anybody. She has simply been requested. Making her feel guilty, excluding her, or quietly resenting her for earning well does not put another booking on the board. It just gives one more person a miserable day.
And I suspect most clients genuinely have no idea any of this is happening behind the scenes. We see the booking, the room and the person we chose. We do not see the waiting, the comparison, the anxiety or the conversation afterwards.
Maybe fairness in this industry cannot mean everybody earns exactly the same. Perhaps it has to mean everybody is treated with the same respect, given a genuine opportunity to be seen, and nobody is punished for either being chosen or not being chosen.
Because being popular should not make someone the enemy, and having a quiet day should not make someone feel invisible.”
“I love it when a "new toy" a new lady enters our lounge and gets wham bam picked! I'm thinking yeah girl you go! If its not you getting picked, well you know what maybe that means you need to pick up your game in some way or some how. It should inspire you to do better, or at least be happy and proud of your fellow Langtree's lady. I don't believe reception or the boss should intervene with this issue- its not a clients problem who's hasn't had a booking,
This blog reminds me of the "no winner" "no loser" "everybody wins" school carnival running races.
NO!! THERE IS PEOPLE MORE OR LESS COMPETENT/ BETTER / DIFFERENT THAN YOU
My point is I see you have 3 choices in regards to your questions either
1. ENJOY THE GREATNESS OF OTHERS
2. STEP UP YOUR OWN GAME OR OWN YOUR OWN
3. OR GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY
Most importantly Clients should never feel restricted in their choices.…How would you feel as a working lady getting pressured into a booking!? So DO NOT EXPECT a client who is paying to be pressured into one, he should not feel obligated to choose a lady based on another ladies "boo hoo" "poor me feelings" or any other reasons. I am strongly for a client changing his mind at the last second.
Do we remember we are selling a sexual experience?? Not some lame unattractive trip to the "pity party" seriously, class up

“Great blog Master Yoda!
I think it’s important for customers to remember that while they are choosing a provider, there are often systems in place to keep things fair for everyone working. We have an open lounge setting compare to private intro rooms.
Langtrees VIP hires a variety of workers with different personalities, appearances, and services to cater to the diverse preferences of every client, so there really is someone for everyone. A little patience and understanding goes a long way, and respecting both the venue’s process and the workers helps create a better experience for everyone involved.
”
“A lot of us forget about this side of the industry. There’s no villain - treating other workers and management with empathy and respect is a great place to start! ”
“Well this can be a very sensitive topic for working girls, but it’s very clearly explained. No it’s no ones fault it just simply happens and the poor girl definitely shouldn’t be made to feel bad for it. In Langtrees there’s always new touring girls or new girls to the industry (the shiny new toy) every client wants to meet, and that’s a good thing for business. Some girls might feel a bit down and out when the same girl get picked all night but that can also be a good thing, it prompts you to say hello more and be more personable clients will remember that for next time. But at the end of the day as I say “you can’t be everyone’s cup of tea”. Don’t be bitter just because another girl is pretty, because it shows on your face and can sometimes turn into you standing in your own way. ”
“Another very interesting read from Langtrees for as men who visits Langtrees to choose their favourite ladies. With me since I have been going to Langtrees since last year I have seen 4 different lovely ladies every lady is different off course with in what they offer you. I always have full respect for all ladies and bring them flowers for their services with you to say thank you for your kindness and service. I’d like to thank say a huge thankyou to Langtrees and the friendly staff members at the desk who welcome you into the lounge to select your favourite ladies. Stuart Morris xx”
“An interesting perspective on how much goes on behind the scenes. It's easy to assume every booking is straightforward, but this shows there can be a lot more to it. At the end of the day, clients will always choose who they're most comfortable with, and the challenge is finding a balance that keeps both workers and clients feeling respected.”
“Great read. Attraction has always been the strongest currency, and chemistry can't be assigned by a roster. A woman who effortlessly turns heads isn't stealing bookings; she's simply impossible to ignore. The real challenge isn't beauty; it's creating a workplace where admiration doesn't become resentment. After all, confidence is magnetic, and sometimes one captivating smile is enough to rewrite a client's entire plan.😍”
“Really insightful post! It’s easy for clients to forget that there’s a whole workplace dynamic and livelihood tied to every choice made at the front door. Thanks for shedding light on the human side of the industry.”
